St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival
Usually held on the nearest weekend to St. Patrick's Day, the Birmingham event provides 3 days of lively Irish community-organised events to celebrate the national patron saint of Ireland and Irish people in a uniquely Irish experience culminating in the world’s third biggest St Patrick’s Day Parade after New York and Dublin. The Old Crown has pride of place, being roughly half way along the parade route, and is therefore the ideal vantage point to enjoy the spectacle while sampling the ubiquitous pint of Guinness! Christmas at The Old Crown
The Old Crown really comes into its own at Christmas – there is nowhere quite like it for that traditional Yuletide atmosphere. Whether it’s an office party or a family affair, The Old Crown can offer a unique and memorable setting for this special time of year. Our special festive menus offer the traditional Turkey and trimmings along with Christmas pudding (and vegetarian alternatives if required) throughout the month of December.
